A Norsk Tipping study using data from 4,752 customers shows that personalised intervention calls reduce gambling activity, especially when triggered by early risk indicators such as Spillepuls flags; over two-thirds of contacted players answered at least one call, and nearly 44% subsequently lowered their loss limits.
