OneComply

History and Founding

OneComply was founded in 2019 as Compliance Regulatory Solutions before rebranding. Co-founders Cameron Conn and Aaron Gould built the platform to address the cumbersome, multi-jurisdictional licensing process in iGaming. The company raised seed financing from Warner Investments and other gaming industry experts before being acquired by GeoComply Solutions Inc. on 8 May 2023. Post-acquisition, OneComply continues to operate from its original Vancouver headquarters as a division of GeoComply.
