Founding and History

SYNOT Group began in 1994 in Uherské Hradiště, where founder Ivo Valenta opened and operated gaming machines. The business expanded through the 1990s and 2000s into video-lottery terminals and a broader portfolio of land-based gaming products, eventually establishing a corporate headquarters in Prague.
