History and Corporate Evolution

Videoslots was founded in 2011 by Alexander Stevendahl in Malta, initially focusing on video slots. In 2017, it acquired the technology assets of PKR.com, an online poker operator, and hosted its first annual Videoslots Awards. The company expanded into sports betting in 2020 under the Videoslots brand, then launched additional brands: Mr Vegas (2021), Kungaslottet (2024, Swedish market), Mega Riches (2024, UK market), and DBET (2024, Swedish sportsbook). A major corporate restructuring occurred on 10 December 2024, when Videoslots Ltd rebranded as Immense Group AB, now a Stockholm-based holding company. Alexander Stevendahl continues as Group CEO, while Jesper Kärrbrink (former CEO of Mr Green Ltd and Svenska Spel) became CEO of the holding. The operating company Videoslots Ltd remains registered in Malta.

Products and Brands

The flagship Videoslots brand offers over 12,000 games, including slots, table games, live dealer, and a sportsbook. It features the proprietary My RTP tool allowing players to customize return-to-player percentages. Mr Vegas, launched in 2021, targets a younger audience with a colourful, entertainment-focused platform and serves as title sponsor of the Grand Slam of Darts and Nordic Darts Masters. Kungaslottet, launched in 2024, is tailored for the Swedish market. Mega Riches, also launched in 2024, targets UK players with a back-of-shirt sponsorship of West Bromwich Albion. DBET is a sportsbook site for Sweden, launched in 2024 with former Swedish footballer Anders Svensson as brand ambassador.

Regulatory and Compliance

Videoslots holds licenses from the Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, Swedish Gambling Authority, Danish Gambling Authority, Italian Gambling Authority (ADM), and Spanish Gambling Authority (DGOJ). The company has faced regulatory penalties: a £1 million fine in 2018 for anti-money laundering and social responsibility failures, and a further £650,000 fine in 2024 for similar breaches. These incidents have driven significant investment in compliance infrastructure.

Videoslots has received numerous industry awards, including Best Online Casino (Casinomeister, 2015), Best Slots Operator (Gaming Intelligence Awards, 2016; International Gaming Awards, 2018), Slot Operator of the Year (International Gaming Awards, 2025), and Rising Star Operator (EGR Operator Awards, 2024) for Mr Vegas.
