Accel Entertainment Adds 600 EGTs to Las Vegas Network via Green Valley Grocery Deal

2026-07-20

Accel Entertainment adds 600 electronic gaming terminals through a route agreement with Green Valley Grocery in Las Vegas, expanding its partnership with Anabi Oil and strengthening its Southern Nevada presence. The company also announced executive changes, including a COO promotion and a forthcoming CEO transition.

Accel Entertainment, through its subsidiary Century Gaming Technologies Nevada, has entered a new route agreement with Green Valley Grocery convenience stores, an Anabi Oil property, adding 600 electronic gaming terminals to its Southern Nevada footprint.

The deal marks the second partnership between Accel and Anabi Oil this year, following a January 2026 agreement covering all Rebel convenience store locations in Las Vegas. With these additions, Accel now serves every Anabi-affiliated site in Southern Nevada, bolstering a concentrated network the company intends to invest in further.

Executive Commentary

Accel CEO Andy Rubenstein described the expansion as "a meaningful step for our Nevada business," noting that the combined Rebel and Green Valley Grocery locations represent a "high-quality piece of our Nevada network that we intend to strategically invest in and grow." He added that the relationship with Anabi Oil has proven "already working" and is now "extended across a much larger footprint."

Anabi Oil CEO Sam Anabi said the decision to extend the partnership was straightforward, given the results seen at Rebel locations. "We're excited to grow alongside them across both brands," he said, "and confident this partnership will create real value."

Operational Context

Accel Entertainment's Nevada operations currently encompass more than 4,000 electronic gaming terminals across over 525 locations. Financial terms of the Green Valley Grocery agreement were not disclosed.

Management Changes

Accel also announced on July 14 that Stan Guidroz has been promoted to chief operating officer. President Mark Phelan will step down from that role ahead of his planned appointment as CEO in August 2026. Separately, Chief Compliance Officer Derek Hamer will leave his position on March 31, 2027, to "pursue other opportunities," and will join the company's Gaming Compliance Committee in April.
