Advent Allen Entertainment Secures Las Vegas Strip Site for Top Gun Vegas

Advent Allen Entertainment has acquired a 2.48-acre Las Vegas Strip site for the Top Gun Vegas entertainment project, developed with Paramount. The location, near the airport and a future ballpark, will feature themed dining, retail, and attractions inspired by the film franchise.
Advent Allen Entertainment has closed on a 2.48-acre development parcel on the Las Vegas Strip that will house the Top Gun Vegas entertainment destination. The project is being developed in partnership with Paramount, the studio behind the iconic film franchise.
The site, located at 4815 South Las Vegas Boulevard, faces the Strip and backs onto Harry Reid International Airport. It sits just north of the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign and close to the under-construction Las Vegas Athletics ballpark, as well as a proposed venue for a future NBA expansion team.
Plans for Top Gun Vegas include a recreation of the Hard Deck restaurant and bar featured in Top Gun: Maverick, alongside themed dining, retail stores, attractions, and interactive experiences drawn from the franchise. The developers say the design will take inspiration from hangar architecture to evoke the aviation world of the films.
Mark Advent, co-founder of Advent Allen Entertainment and the developer behind New York-New York Hotel & Casino, described the location as offering an authenticity and energy “that simply can't be recreated anywhere else.” Bill Allen, his co-founder, called the site acquisition “an important step in bringing our vision to life,” citing the combination of prime real estate, a globally recognized brand, and Paramount’s collaboration.
Paramount’s President of Global Products and Experiences, Josh Silverman, noted that the Top Gun films have “captivated audiences around the world for nearly four decades” and that the Advent Allen team found a location embodying the spirit of the franchise.
Further details, including renderings and development milestones, are to be released as the project advances. Advent Allen Entertainment has previously announced a partnership with Simtec Systems to create a Top Gun-themed thrill ride as part of the broader entertainment portfolio.
The site also borders the proposed Las Vegas Diamond Arena development, which completed its land assembly in June 2026 by acquiring an additional 3.03 acres. That arena is envisioned as a future home for a potential NBA expansion franchise in Las Vegas.
