Czech Finance Ministry targets 14 unlicensed gambling domains for blacklisting

The Czech Ministry of Finance has announced plans to add 14 websites to the nation's List of Unauthorised Internet Games, reinforcing its crackdown on unlicensed gambling under the Gambling Act. The notice, released on 29 July under reference MF-144/2026/7303-48, was issued by the Ministry's Department of Procedural Agendas and Gambling Regulation.

The proposed blacklist includes a blend of international and Czech-language domains, such as pistolo-3325.com, kaleocasino.com, kaleocasino8.com, playid.com, and several sites linked to the AllySpin brand. According to the Ministry, these platforms have been singled out under Section 84a of the Czech Gambling Act, which sets the criteria for blocking unauthorised gambling services.

Operators of the affected websites, along with owners of related payment accounts or applications, now have 15 days from the notice's publication to submit objections. The Ministry has made clear that any objections filed after this deadline will be disregarded. This legal window is a standard feature of the blacklisting procedure, allowing stakeholders to contest the proposed inclusion before enforcement takes effect.

The latest action is part of a broader regulatory push to curb the availability of unlicensed gambling in the Czech Republic. Earlier this month, the Ministry added the prediction market platform Polymarket to the same blacklist, ordering internet service providers to block access within 15 days.

In parallel, the Ministry has warned consumers about a rise in fraudulent gambling sites that impersonate licensed operators. Officials are urging players to carefully verify website addresses and to use only authorised gambling platforms to avoid falling victim to scams.
