OMNIPLAY is applying lessons from its strong Philippines market to drive international expansion, relying on close operator collaboration, player-feedback-driven game development, and a balance of localisation with scalability.
OMNIPLAY, the iGaming content provider, is leveraging close operator partnerships and player insights gained in its home market of the Philippines to drive disciplined expansion into new regulated territories. The company says its growth journey has shifted from being an emerging supplier to a content provider preparing for wider international reach.
Collaborative foundations
Rather than treating relationships as purely transactional, OMNIPLAY emphasises working hand-in-hand with operators on game development and distribution. Its content is now live across most major online gaming platforms in the Philippines, and the firm is actively targeting markets beyond its home base. A company spokesperson described “disciplined product development” as a key force behind this momentum, alongside the conversion of successful mechanics into scalable frameworks that can be applied across multiple titles.
Operator feedback directly shapes the production pipeline. In the Philippines, partners are prioritising content quality, player retention and sustainable performance over sheer volume. “Success is increasingly driven by the ability to deliver games that remain engaging over time rather than simply increasing content volume,” the spokesperson noted.
Insights from a fast-growing market
The Philippines is one of the world’s fastest-growing iGaming markets. According to PAGCOR, online platforms generated more than half of the country’s total gross gaming revenue last year – PHP396.14 billion (US$6.647 billion). OMNIPLAY views this shift as evidence of rising player adoption and a maturing regulatory landscape, both of which inform its strategy at home and abroad.
Player behaviour analysis – covering session duration, feature engagement, volatility preferences and trigger frequency – has revealed clear regional differences. Filipino players tend to prefer simple, intuitive gameplay with large multiplier opportunities, while often leaning toward lower-volatility experiences that support longer sessions. In other markets, demand for different volatility profiles and shorter sessions is more common. “One of the most valuable lessons we have learned from the Philippines is the importance of balancing localisation with scalability,” the spokesperson said.
Balancing innovation with familiarity
Two flagship titles, Super Gems and Lucky Festival, illustrate OMNIPLAY’s versatile approach. Despite contrasting gameplay, both have gained strong traction by appealing to distinct player segments. The recently launched Super Gems 1000 adds a BOOST feature that enhances multiplier progression while keeping the core mechanics intact. The spokesperson explained that “players respond strongly to features that are intuitive yet capable of supporting longer gameplay sessions and stronger retention.”
Data-driven insights guide development, but the company treats them as “a guide rather than a formula,” the spokesperson added. Combining player data with operator feedback and market expertise, OMNIPLAY aims to create games that sustain engagement and long-term commercial performance.
International ambitions
To support its expansion, OMNIPLAY is increasing its presence at major industry events, including ICE. The spokesperson said these gatherings provide “valuable opportunities to engage directly with operators, partners and industry stakeholders from different markets.” Positive feedback from international visitors has reinforced confidence in the scalability of its content and business model.
Over the next 12 months, OMNIPLAY’s priorities include widening its operator network, strengthening portfolio performance, deepening existing partner relationships, and entering additional markets. Internally, the company is investing in AI-driven tools to optimise workflows and improve support for partners across regions and time zones. “Our focus is straightforward: continue delivering measurable value for operators while building a business that can scale sustainably over the long term,” the spokesperson concluded.
