Rush Street Interactive posted Q2 revenue of $393.8m, its third consecutive quarterly record, and raised full-year guidance amid strong online casino growth and World Cup-related sports betting gains.
Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has reported yet another landmark quarter, with Q2 2026 revenue hitting $393.8m – a 46% year-on-year jump that marks the operator’s third consecutive record. The strong momentum carried into the first half of the year, where revenue reached $764.1m, up 30.4% from H1 2025.

Profitability metrics also set new highs. Adjusted EBITDA for Q2 came in at $64.6m, a 61% increase over the same period last year, while net income rose to $29.3m, edging up from $28.8m in Q2 2025. For the first half, net income surged 55.9% to $83m. The operator’s market capitalisation now exceeds $7bn, supported by sustained share-price growth over the past three to five years.
Raised Guidance and Strategic Outlook
Buoyed by the results, RSI has lifted its full-year 2026 outlook. Revenue is now expected to land between $1.56bn and $1.6bn (38%–41% annual growth), while adjusted EBITDA is projected at $245m–$265m (59%–72% growth).
CEO Richard Schwartz attributed the performance to continued market share gains in online casino and sports betting, helped by the World Cup. “Our casino-first strategy continues to be the foundation of our business, with online casino representing 72% of our revenue this quarter,” he said. North American monthly active users grew 51% year-on-year, and Latin American MAUs rose 62%. RSI also launched in Alberta earlier in July, with early indicators described as encouraging. “We remain committed to delivering exceptional player experiences, which, in turn, should continue to create long-term value for our shareholders,” Schwartz added.
