SlotCatalog is rolling out live bidding and automated delivery monitoring on its Affiliate Marketplace, allowing partners to outbid each other for premium slots and flagging underperforming placements in real time. The platform says more than 50 VIP partners are already using it, with plans to open it to independent webmasters.
SlotCatalog, an iGaming affiliate platform with more than a decade in business, has introduced two new features to its Affiliate Marketplace: live bidding and automated exposure tracking. The company says the upgrade extends its effort to replace informal, closed-door affiliate negotiations with a transparent, verifiable way of trading positions.
Live bidding for premium positions
Previously, placements were sold on a first-come, first-served basis at fixed prices. Under the new auction-style model, partners can place competitive bids on prime spots that other affiliates have already booked, offering more money to win the slot. Prices now move with demand instead of remaining on a static list, and every booking is shown in real time with clear status indicators. If a partner is outbid, they receive an immediate notification, so there is no confusion over why a position was lost.
Automated delivery checks
Every slot now comes with an expected delivery benchmark, projecting the exposure and clicks it should generate from actual traffic and market data. SlotCatalog tracks live delivery against that benchmark using click and conversion data pulled directly from partners' own postback feeds. When a placement falls behind, it is automatically flagged, and SlotCatalog's affiliate management team works to rebalance exposure or adjust delivery before the partner has to ask why a spot is underperforming.
"Everyone in this industry says they want transparency," said Mickey Winitsky, Managing Partner at SlotCatalog. Winitsky said the company chose to stop debating the problem and instead build a tool in which every marketplace placement is tied to real clicks and conversions, geo by geo.
The upgraded marketplace already has more than 50 VIP partners booking positions, removing the messenger-based back-and-forth that has defined affiliate deals for two decades. SlotCatalog plans to open the marketplace to independent, third-party webmasters next, making it shared infrastructure for the broader affiliate market.
The launch comes as affiliate fraud remains a pressing industry issue. Sumsub's 2024 report, "Know Your Enemy: Gambling Fraudsters," estimates that affiliate fraud and opaque practices have cost mobile casinos and sportsbooks roughly $1.2 billion, with iGaming fraud climbing 64% between 2022 and 2024.
