SOFTSWISS has partnered with WorldGaming (formerly Clarion Gaming) to expand the 2027 edition of its iGaming Trends Report, leveraging WorldGaming's ICE, iGB, and GGB networks to reach thousands of industry decision-makers. The report, which has accumulated over 32,000 downloads across previous editions, remains open for survey participation covering market, technology, player behavior, and regulatory trends.
SOFTSWISS has announced a partnership with WorldGaming—the entity formerly known as Clarion Gaming—to expand the scope of the fifth edition of its iGaming Trends Report, due for release in 2027. The collaboration grants the report access to the professional networks of WorldGaming’s flagship brands: ICE, iGB, and GGB. SOFTSWISS positions the alliance as a move to make the 2027 edition the definitive benchmark for understanding the global iGaming landscape.
The iGaming Trends Report was launched five years ago as a data-driven resource for operators, suppliers, affiliates, and investors navigating market changes. Since its debut, the publication has accumulated more than 32,000 downloads and is recognized as one of the industry's most-read annual research reports. The previous edition was built on a survey of over 350 iGaming professionals, combined with independent analytics and internal expertise from more than 30 SOFTSWISS specialists.
Expanded Reach Through WorldGaming
By integrating WorldGaming’s platforms, the 2027 report will draw on one of the largest professional ecosystems in the sector, enriching its data foundation with perspectives from thousands of decision-makers globally. The partnership underscores SOFTSWISS’s emphasis on reliable technology, transparent data, and industry trust as pillars for sustainable growth in regulated markets.
Olga Resiga, Chief Business Development Officer at SOFTSWISS, said the company looks beyond its own network to collaborate with partners deeply connected to different parts of the industry. “WorldGaming’s strong community reach will bring valuable perspectives to the research,” she added, noting that each year the report combines real industry data with expert insights to help businesses make smarter decisions.
Robin Harrison, Global Content Director B2B at WorldGaming, stated that arming stakeholders with high-quality data and informed analysis is crucial as the industry continues to evolve at pace. He described the iGaming Trends Report as having become a valuable resource over the past four years and expressed pride in joining the conversation for the fifth edition.
Methodology and Ongoing Survey
The report is built on direct industry input through a structured survey covering market developments, player behavior, technology shifts, and regulatory changes. Respondents typically include product managers, compliance leads, investors, and marketing professionals. SOFTSWISS is currently running the survey for the 2027 report, inviting participants to share their views on market direction, technology adoption, player trends, and regulatory outlooks. The company noted that the survey is brief and available to complete online.
