SOFTSWISS marks 17 years with Formula 4 racing experience for staff and partners

SOFTSWISS celebrated its 17th anniversary by organising two Formula 4 Racing Experience events at Poland’s Tor Poznań circuit – one dedicated to employees and the other to company partners. Participants drove an F4 racing car under professional guidance, following technical briefings, track familiarisation, and coaching from racing instructors across multiple sessions.

The activities mirrored the company’s own operational values: precision, decision-making under pressure, and continuous performance refinement. Alongside the track time, teams tackled blind driving, precision driving, and reaction tests, blending individual focus with a team challenge.

Victor Sekushenko, head of sales at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, said: “Putting our partners behind the wheel of a Formula 4 car gave them something no pitch deck or conference call ever could: a shared adrenaline rush and a story to tell.” Natalia Perkowska, head of events and business travel at SOFTSWISS, added: “Watching colleagues cheer each other on from the pit lane said more about how we work together than any internal survey could.”

Looking ahead, SOFTSWISS will host the Tech Race Summit in Warsaw on September 10, 2026. The event will bring together technology leaders, operators, and engineers to discuss infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI adoption. Confirmed speakers include former Google executive and Optic founder Andrey Doronichev, alongside engineering leaders from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Fastly, and Plata.
