Adrian Toshkov grew up in Ruse, Bulgaria, and was introduced to the gaming industry by his father, who ran gambling halls in Bulgaria. He completed croupier courses in Varna and later spent five years in Dublin, Ireland, where he began his professional iGaming career as a customer support agent at Sportingbet. He quickly moved into VIP management, overseeing over 500 high-value customers for the brand Miapuesta.com.
After his time in Dublin, Toshkov relocated to Sofia, Bulgaria, to join Moneybookers (Skrill) during its rebranding, working in business development for nearly three years. He helped introduce Skrill to a majority of land-based casino entrants in the regulated Spanish market. He then worked for Casino Technology, a slots manufacturer, before deciding to strike out on his own.
In 2016, Toshkov teamed up with former Sportingbet colleague Dobromir Mitev to co-found Dench eGaming Solutions, an iGaming platform provider where he serves as COO. He also co-founded the affiliate program Friends of Dench. His career has been marked by steady progression from customer support to executive leadership in the iGaming industry.
