Alina Famenok

Alina Famenok is a former CEO of Already Media who left the company at the end of 2024 after 5.5 years to focus on strategic development, education, and independent advisory in the iGaming affiliate space. She was named Affiliate Leader of the Year 2025.

Famenok studied philology at university and began her career as a copywriter before transitioning into SEO and affiliate marketing. She joined Already Media as an editor and later rose to CEO. Under her leadership, the company grew from 13 employees to over 370, ranking 17th in the EGR Power Affiliates list.

Known for her open, human-first leadership style, Famenok is a vocal advocate for upskilling in the iGaming sector. Since stepping down as CEO, she has shifted her focus to strategic development, education, and independent advisory work.
