Alistair Facciol serves as Director of Legal and Compliance at Rhino Entertainment Group, a role he assumed as of 2024 after more than a decade of compliance and legal leadership across the global iGaming industry. His career spans both legal practice and in-house compliance management, with a particular focus on player protection and sustainability within gambling operations.
Facciol began his legal career as a Trainee Lawyer at Gonzi and Associates, Advocates, and then moved to Portman International as a compliance lawyer. He later served as Legal Associate and Team Leader of Gaming, IP and ICT at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, followed by a two-year tenure as an Associate in the IP Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. These early roles built a strong foundation in gaming law and intellectual property.
His first dedicated iGaming role was Legal Counsel at ComeOn Group, after which he became Compliance Manager at Entain, where he spent nearly three years. He then held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Bragg Gaming before being named Head of Legal and Compliance at Hero Gaming. Facciol is also a former gambler who now works across the global gambling and gaming industry, emphasizing player protection and sustainable gaming practices.
