FanDuelAmy Howe is an American gambling executive who has led FanDuel Group, the U.S. division of Flutter Entertainment, since February 2021. Under her leadership, FanDuel became the #1 online sportsbook in the United States, achieving a 50% market share in several states and the industry's first full-year profitability. She oversaw the launch of FanDuel TV, secured official sportsbook partnerships with the NFL, NBA, WNBA, and MLB, and expanded the company's iGaming footprint across more than 20 states.
Howe is a strong advocate for diversity and women's leadership. She created FanDuel's Women's Leadership Development Program and serves as the Gender Pillar lead in Flutter's Global Advocacy Program. She has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including C‑Suite Executive of the Year (American Gambling Awards 2024), Executive of the Year (Sports Business Journal 2023), and CEO of the Year (SBC 2022).
Before joining FanDuel, Howe built a career at the intersection of strategy, entertainment, and technology. She spent 14 years at McKinsey & Company, rising to partner, then served as Chief Strategy Officer at Live Nation before becoming COO of Ticketmaster North America. She holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
