Andrew (Andy) Power is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Digital Realty, a global provider of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions. He also serves on the company's Board of Directors. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as President since 2021 and as Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2021, overseeing global portfolio operations, technology development, customer solutions, asset management, and financial functions.
Before joining Digital Realty, Andy spent over a decade in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was Managing Director of Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking, advising more than 40 public and private companies. Earlier in his career, he held similar roles at Citigroup. He has managed over $30 billion in capital raises and more than $19 billion in M&A transactions, including advising Digital Realty on its 2004 IPO.
Andy serves on the Board of Directors of Americold Realty Trust (NYSE: COLD) and joined The Real Estate Roundtable's Board in July 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Finance from Wake Forest University.
