Andrew Harding is an Australian-born horse-racing administrator who has served as Executive Director, Racing at The Hong Kong Jockey Club since 2016. In this role he oversees the Club's racing operations, including racecourse management, the racing programme, handicapping, racing officials, and equine welfare and veterinary services.

Before joining HKJC, Harding spent six years as Chief Executive of the Singapore Turf Club from 2010 to 2016, where he was responsible for the club's racing and betting operations. He previously held senior racing-management posts in Australia, including roles with Racing NSW and the Australian Turf Club.

In his current position, Harding is among the most prominent racing-executive voices in Asian horse racing, regularly quoted on international racehorse movement, racing integrity, racecourse development, and the Club's racing and betting policies. He is also a recurring speaker and delegate at Asian Racing Federation and international racing-industry events.
