Anneli Nilsson is a Swedish entrepreneur and recruitment specialist who founded JobMatchingPartner Limited, a Malta-based recruitment agency serving the iGaming, finance, and B2B sectors. Together with business partner Francesco Tuia, she helps professionals and companies connect in the fast-paced Maltese job market. Nilsson has been active in the iGaming industry since 2005, working across affiliate management, operations, and recruitment prior to launching her own firm.
Before founding JobMatchingPartner, Nilsson held roles at Maria Services, SafePlay Gaming, Net Value, and Unibet. She is known for her focus on cultural fit and long-term placements rather than transactional recruitment. Nilsson also speaks publicly on responsible gaming, industry trends, and recruitment best practices, such as at SiGMA Euro-Med 2025.
