Ayesha Molino was appointed Chief Operating Officer of MGM Resorts International effective January 1, 2026. In this role, she leads global operations for the premier hospitality and gaming company, overseeing strategy and execution across its portfolio of properties and digital ventures.

Previously, Molino served as President and COO of ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa, while concurrently holding the title of Chief Public Affairs Officer. At those two luxury Las Vegas properties, she managed operations, marketing, guest experience, sales, hotel, food & beverage, and facilities, and also directed government affairs, public relations, and corporate communications for the entire company.

Before joining MGM Resorts in 2017, Molino spent five years in the U.S. Senate, rising to Chief Counsel to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Her legal background and policy expertise informed her transition into the gaming and hospitality industry. She holds a BA from the University of California, Riverside, and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.

Molino also serves as a non-Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited and sits on the board of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, as well as the executive committees of the Nevada Resort Association and the American Gaming Association’s Board of Directors.
