Ayodeji Osisami

Ayodeji Osisami serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kora, a fintech company building payment infrastructure across Africa. He describes his philosophy as prioritizing sustainable growth and profitability over mere scale and transaction volumes.

He began his career studying computer engineering at Covenant University before shifting to finance and business. His first role was at a consulting firm in business strategy, followed by head of finance at an educational business, where he managed financial operations for several years. After pursuing an MBA at Lagos Business School specializing in finance, he gained experience across venture capital, deal advisory, private equity consulting, and a finance leadership role in the energy sector before joining Kora as CFO.

He holds professional certifications including CFA and CIMA, which underscore his expertise in financial analysis and management accounting.
