Borut Lozej founded BlueOcean Gaming in 2010 in Nova Gorica, Slovenia. Under his full ownership, the company evolved from a small land-based-focused operation into a recognized B2B technology provider, now employing close to 70 people and serving more than 150 operator customers.
BlueOcean’s core product is the GameHub aggregation platform, which integrates thousands of titles from over 140 providers. Lozej remains actively associated with the company as its founder and was pictured with CEO Dejan Jov at the firm’s 15-year anniversary gala in 2025.
