Celia Verot is a French executive with a background in law, regulation and public administration. She is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and a former student at the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA).

Earlier in her career she held the position of Vice President at Veolia Water Japan. She later served as General Director of the Fondation du patrimoine, where she oversaw the foundation’s role in the Notre‑Dame de Paris rebuilding project.

In 2024 she joined FDJ UNITED as Chief Regulatory Officer. In February 2026 she was appointed to the additional roles of General Secretary and General Counsel, while retaining her regulatory duties, and became a member of the group’s Executive Committee.
