Charmagne Garcia-Laconico

Charmagne Garcia-Laconico is a dual-career professional serving as Executive Director of ProAdvantage, a workforce and talent-development consultancy for the iGaming, gaming, and fintech sectors, and concurrently as Consul ad honorem of the Republic of the Philippines to the Republic of Cyprus.
Before entering diplomacy, she built a career in media and luxury brand education: she was Director of Content for an online beauty site and community, Head of Education for several luxury beauty brands, and an editor for a major Philippine magazine. She also ran her own image-consultancy business and launched milestones for luxury lifestyle brands.
In October 2021, she was appointed Consul ad honorem in Larnaca, Cyprus, where she leads citizen-assistance efforts and strengthens cultural and economic ties between the Philippines and Cyprus. At ProAdvantage, she specialises in recruitment, talent acquisition, people development, and marketing within iGaming, gaming, crypto, and fintech, and is a regular speaker at conferences such as Sigma Rome and SBC Summit, promoting workforce training and AI-driven HR practices.
