Cindy Macintos
Strategic HR Advisor, Leadership Trainer & Coach
Cindy Macintos is a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of international experience in HR strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation. She studied tax law at university and began her career in the financial services industry before relocating to Curaçao, where she has lived for more than 17 years.
She joined Pinnacle Sports (a leading iGaming operator) as Legal Counsel and over the course of nearly nine years rose to become Chief People Officer. In this role, she shaped people-centered strategies, drove automation of HR processes, and championed diversity and inclusion initiatives. In 2024, she left Pinnacle to launch her own consultancy, focusing on strategic HR advisory, leadership coaching, career development, and grief recovery.
Cindy is a certified John Maxwell Team member and a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist®. She speaks regularly at iGaming events such as CasinoBeats Malta Digital, Global Gaming Expo, and HR Netwerk Curaçao, and currently serves as a self-employed Strategic HR Advisor, Leadership Trainer & Coach, supporting iGaming and other international organizations.
