Craig Toner leads Aristocrat’s regulated land-based gaming business globally, having been appointed CEO of the Gaming Business Unit in December 2024. He oversees strategy, operations, and growth across the company’s slot machine and gaming systems portfolio in markets worldwide.
Toner joined Aristocrat in 2017 as Asia‑Pacific Finance Director in Sydney, where he built a strong foundation in the gaming industry. He was later promoted through several finance and operations leadership roles, culminating in his appointment as Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Operations for Aristocrat Gaming in 2021, which brought him to Las Vegas. In this role, he was responsible for financial management and operational efficiency across the unit.
Before joining Aristocrat, Toner spent nearly 20 years at Lion Ltd, one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest alcohol and beverages companies. There he held senior commercial, strategy, and operational roles, gaining deep experience in large-scale enterprise management. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting and Finance.
Since becoming CEO, Toner has focused on unifying the Aristocrat brand and driving innovation in land-based gaming. He also serves as a board member at Kinectify, a gaming compliance technology company, contributing his industry expertise to the broader gaming ecosystem.
