Cyrus Pitre
Chief Enforcement Counsel at the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
Cyrus Pitre has served as a regulator in the gaming industry for nearly thirty years through appointments in Louisiana, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He currently serves as Chief Enforcement Counsel for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, a position he has held since at least 2022. In this role, he oversees enforcement actions and regulatory compliance within the state's gaming industry.
Earlier in his career, Pitre was the Director of the Office of Enforcement Counsel at the same board, assuming that role on September 6, 2007. He has provided testimony before the Pennsylvania House Gaming Oversight Committee and has been a featured speaker at industry events such as the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) and the East Coast Gaming Congress. His extensive experience spans multiple jurisdictions, giving him a broad perspective on gaming regulation and enforcement.
