Daisy Ho Wai Chi, known in corporate filings as Daisy Ho and in Chinese-language coverage as 何超鳳, is a Macau/Hong Kong businesswoman and casino-industry executive. She is Chairman and Executive Director of SJM Holdings Limited (HKEX: 0880), the Hong Kong-listed Macau casino operator founded by her father, the late Stanley Ho. She has led SJM since her father's retirement on 12 June 2018 and through Macau's 2022 gaming-concession re-tender, in which SJM was one of six operators awarded a new 10-year concession effective 1 January 2023.
Ho is the daughter of Stanley Ho and Lucia Lam Kit-ling, placing her in the centre of the family that dominated Macau's gambling industry for decades. She kept a relatively low public profile before the succession; her appointment as chairman was widely interpreted as a decision to keep the chairmanship within the trusted Ho family while long-serving management under Deputy Chairman and Managing Director Ambrose So continued to run day-to-day operations. Her sister Pansy Ho is chairman of MGM China, and her brother Lawrence Ho is chairman and CEO of Melco Resorts & Entertainment, making the Ho family central to Macau's casino market.
Under Ho's chairmanship, SJM brought the long-delayed Grand Lisboa Palace integrated resort in Cotai into phased opening from 2021 amid the COVID-19 downturn. Her tenure has also coincided with the aftermath of Stanley Ho's death in May 2020, Macau's revised gaming legislation, the end of the junket-sector model, and SJM's successful application for a fresh 10-year Macau concession.
