Dr. Emanuele Canegrati holds a PhD in Public Economics and Finance from the Catholic University of Milan. He has been a visiting researcher at the London School of Economics (Suntory and Toyota International Centres) and at the Luxembourg Income Study Office. His professional experience spans both the public sector, including roles at the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Budget Office of the Italian Senate, the Chamber of Deputies, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the Ministry of Economic Development, and the private sector at KPMG and HSBC Investment Bank. He is also a member of the Collegio degli Esperti at the National Council for Economics and Labour (CNEL).
