Dr Habiba Al Mar’ashi
Environmental and CSR leader; President & CEO of Arabia CSR Network and Co-Founder & Chairperson of Emirates Environmental Group
Dr Habiba Al Mar’ashi is a prominent environmental and corporate social responsibility (CSR) leader in the UAE. She serves as President and CEO of the Arabia CSR Network (ACSRN), an organization dedicated to advancing sustainable business practices across the region. She is also the Co-Founder and Chairperson of the Emirates Environmental Group (EEG), the UAE's first environmental non-governmental organization, and Co-Founder, Vice Chair, and Treasurer of the Emirates Green Building Council (EmiratesGBC).
Her work focuses on sustainability, CSR integration, environmental education, and waste management. Under her leadership, EEG has spearheaded numerous national campaigns such as 'Clean UAE' and various recycling initiatives. Dr Al Mar’ashi is a frequent speaker at international conferences, including the iGaming and tech summit SiGMA Eurasia, where she addressed audiences in 2026 on environmental responsibility and CSR.
She has been recognized as a driving force in the circular economy and women’s leadership in sustainability. Her contributions extend to policy advocacy and public-private partnerships that promote green growth and community engagement across the Middle East.
