Dr Kyle Scerri
Head of Legal & Regulatory, Director at CSB Group
Dr Kyle Scerri read law at the University of Malta, earning a Bachelor of Laws degree and later a Doctor of Laws degree (LL.D.) in 2017. He subsequently completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking and Finance Law at the University of London. His main fields of specialisation are financial services, capital markets, and remote gambling (iGaming).
Dr Scerri joined CSB Group in November 2020, initially managing the Gaming and Fintech sectors. He was promoted to Senior Manager within the Legal department in July 2024, and in October 2025 became Head of Legal & Regulatory, Director. Prior to CSB Group, he held roles in financial auditing and advisory, at a blockchain advisory firm, and at a local law firm in Malta.
A regular speaker and panellist at international conferences on blockchain, payments, and regulated investment services, Dr Scerri is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and is admitted to the Maltese Bar, Superior Courts of Malta.
