Dr Stefan Tweraser is a seasoned business leader with deep expertise in technology, marketing, and general management. He currently serves as Chairman of the Management Board (Chief Executive Officer) of Zeal Network SE, a German lottery and online gaming provider, a role he assumed in March 2025.
Prior to Zeal, Tweraser was CEO of Rocket Factory Augsburg AG (RFA), a German aerospace company developing commercial rockets, from 2021 to 2024. His career includes a tenure at Google as Director of Marketing for Central and Eastern Europe (2016–2020), based in Zurich, and earlier roles at A1 Telekom Austria Group as Head of Marketing and at McKinsey & Company as a consultant serving tech and telecom clients. He also briefly served as CEO of SnapShot GmbH, a hotel data analytics company, in 2018.
Tweraser holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Vienna. He is recognised for his expertise in digital transformation, scaling businesses, and B2B as well as B2C marketing.
