Evgen Belousov

Evgen Belousov brings over a decade of experience in the iGaming sector to his current advisory practice. He most notably served as Chief Executive Officer of GR8 Tech, an iGaming platform provider launched in January 2023. Under his leadership, the company expanded globally, launched 25 brands in its first year, and won the Best Online Sportsbook Provider 2024 award at the SiGMA Eurasia Awards. His responsibilities included overseeing business development, performance, and technology and data implementation strategies.

After leaving GR8 Tech, Belousov transitioned into an advisory role, providing strategic guidance to founders and C-level executives in the iGaming industry. He is also the founder of MatchMaker Agency, a consultancy that helps iGaming companies connect with partners and talent. His current focus is on leveraging his operational and leadership experience to support the next generation of iGaming entrepreneurs.
