Filip Jelavić

Filip Jelavić is the General Secretary of the Croatian Gaming Association (HUPIS) and serves as an Executive Committee Member at EUROMAT, the European Gaming and Amusement Federation.

He also chairs the Balkan Gaming Federation’s (BGF) Statute Working Group, where he leads efforts to promote regional regulatory harmonisation and combat illegal gambling across the Balkans. Jelavić frequently speaks at industry events and has been quoted in Focus Gaming News and iGaming Business on topics such as the risks of excessive regulation and the fight against the black market. His career reflects a deep engagement with gaming policy, association leadership, and cross-border cooperation in South-Eastern Europe.
