Filip Knežević

Filip Knežević serves as President of the Association of Gambling Operators of Montenegro, an organization operating within the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro that represents the country's licensed gaming operators. In this capacity, he acts as the primary spokesperson for Montenegro's gambling industry on regulatory and market matters.

In March 2023, Knežević signed the founding memorandum of the Balkan Gaming Federation on behalf of Montenegro's gaming operators, joining counterparts from six other Balkan nations to establish the first regional gaming federation. This initiative aims to promote cooperation, harmonize standards, and address shared challenges across the Balkan gambling market.

Knežević has also participated in industry forums such as Focus Gaming News' "5 Leaders – 1 Question" series, where he discussed how European countries can balance tighter gambling advertising rules with high channelisation. His insights reflect his role as a key voice for Montenegro's gambling sector in regional and European policy discussions.
