Galyna Podoprikhina is a Senior Associate at WH Partners in Malta, where she is a member of the FinTech, Intellectual Property, and Gaming & Gambling teams. She advises crypto‑asset service providers, fintech companies, and gaming entities on licensability, licence applications, compliance reviews, and strategic business model optimisation within regulatory frameworks. She also conducts training on crypto‑assets regulation.

Her practice encompasses VFA licensing, MiCAR alignment, e‑money regulation, intellectual property (including digital assets and NFTs), and gaming/gambling law. She holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law (Maritime & Transport Law) from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta.

She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
