Gary C. Rosen

Gary C. Rosen is the Managing Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Becker & Poliakoff, a full‑service law firm where he has led firm governance, recruitment, marketing, and other business functions since 2012. He simultaneously maintains an active litigation practice representing a wide range of clients, including county and city governments, developers, condominium associations, financial institutions, and national corporations in intellectual‑property disputes involving trademark and copyright infringement.

Rosen is Board Certified in Business Litigation Law by the Florida Bar, a distinction held by only about 5% of Florida Bar attorney members. He also serves as a Certified Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, specializing in commercial cases. In the gambling industry context, he has been involved in defending a national publicly traded casino and gaming company in litigation challenging land‑use, zoning, and development approvals in the case Graves v. City of Pompano Beach et al.

He has extensive trial experience throughout the United States and has obtained several multi‑million‑dollar jury verdicts, judgments, and settlements in favor of claimants. Rosen earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University.
