
Gustaf Hagman is a Swedish entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the online gaming industry. He is the co-founder of Avanti Studios, a live casino supplier that uses Unreal Engine, cloud streaming, motion capture, and AI-driven digital humans to create next-generation gaming experiences.
Hagman co-founded LeoVegas with Robin Ramm-Ericson in 2012, launching a mobile-first casino. As Group CEO, he led the company through its IPO in 2016 and eventual acquisition by MGM Resorts International. He stepped down after 14 years in 2024.
Prior to LeoVegas, Hagman served as CEO of the publicly listed Net Gaming AB and founded Eurobet Nordic AB. He holds a degree from Stockholm University and began his career at McDonald’s.
