
Harmen Brenninkmeijer is a serial entrepreneur and investor with more than 35 years of experience in the global gaming industry, spanning technology development, manufacturing, distribution, operation, and consultancy. He has helped shape gaming landscapes across over 75 countries, with a particular focus on emerging markets. Born and raised in the Netherlands, his early ambition was sparked by a Rotary exchange student placement in Florida at age 15. After completing a business degree in the Netherlands, he returned to the United States and began his entrepreneurial journey, which included hanging curtains on Palm Beach Island.
Brenninkmeijer’s gaming career began in earnest in the 1990s and 2000s. He served as CEO of Octavian International Ltd from 2001 to May 2010, a technology provider for the gaming industry. He later founded Dynamic Partners, a consultancy focused on regulated gaming sectors in emerging markets. He was also the Founding Chairman of the European Gaming Organization and has delivered over 100 keynote speeches at international gaming conferences.
In 2022, Brenninkmeijer became Managing Partner at NYCE International, and by 2026 he had been elevated to Executive Chairman of the publicly listed NYCE International Plc, which represents more than 65 leading gambling companies and actively develops strategic technology ventures, taking equity stakes alongside product representation. He is known as a global expansionist who helped bring technology-driven operations into emerging markets and transformed traditional casino operations with systems, game design, and player tracking ahead of industry norms. He currently resides in Cyprus.
