Prior to that, from 2011 to 2016, he was a Principal Manager of Technology at Amazon.com, overseeing Quality Assurance (QA) teams for projects such as Amazon GO, Firefly, and Alexa. His earlier career also includes technical roles at Kiha Software as Director of QA (2009-2011), Quardev Laboratories as QA Manager (2007-2009), and Volt / Microsoft as a Software Test Engineer II / Area Lead (2002-2007). He also held positions at Safeco and TicketMaster NW.
