James Boje is a gaming industry executive with more than 35 years of experience in gaming and hospitality. He joined Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) in March 2021 as Chief Operating Officer (COO), EMEA, and was later elevated to Managing Director, EMEIA. In this role, he leads GLI’s operations across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa, focusing on helping clients navigate regulatory complexity, drive growth, and maintain confidence in new and mature markets.
Before GLI, Boje served as Managing Director EMEA for Aristocrat Technologies Europe Ltd., where he drove significant growth and positioned the company as a dominant player in the region. Prior to Aristocrat, he spent 12 years at IGT Europe and Africa in senior leadership roles, growing the business and expanding services. His expertise includes new market initiatives, workflow re-engineering, strategic planning, and sales/marketing development.
