Jamie Odell brings more than 30 years of experience as a global CEO and managing director across consumer goods, technology, and gaming industries. He moved to Australia from the UK in 1992 as Managing Director of Lyons Tetley Australia, then led the duty-free division of Allied Domecq across Asia Pacific from Singapore. In 2000 he joined Foster’s Group in Melbourne, ultimately serving as Managing Director for Australia and Asia Pacific across all categories (including the beer division CUB) and previously running Foster’s global wine business (now Treasury Wine Estates).
From 2009 to 2017, Odell was CEO and Managing Director of Aristocrat Leisure Limited, where he led a successful global turnaround, elevated industry leadership, and delivered significant shareholder returns. In May 2019 he joined Scientific Games (now Light & Wonder) as Special Advisor to the CEO, and in 2020 was appointed Chair of the Board.
He also co‑founded the JAADE Private Assets Fund with Ellerston Capital (managing over $700M FUM) and serves as Chairman of Mable (formerly Better Caring), a private technology platform. His current focus includes investments in technology start-ups in Australia and the U.S.
