
Jesper Søgaard co-founded Better Collective in 2004 together with Christian Kirk Rasmussen. Under his leadership, the company grew from a Danish affiliate startup into a listed global sports media group with brands such as Action Network, HLTV, FUTBIN, Playmaker HQ, Bolavip, The Nation Network and AceOdds. He holds an M.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.
In addition to his executive role, Søgaard serves on the board of several companies including Rådhusholmen A/S, MM PROPERTIES, Over Bølgen A/S, BetterNow WORLDWIDE ApS, Centerholmen A/S, and is CEO of J. Søgaard Holding ApS. He is also a founding member of Dreamcraft Ventures Management ApS.
In 2025, Søgaard led Better Collective through a major restructuring, introduced a co-CEO leadership model, and implemented a €50 million efficiency programme. His influence is widely recognized, and he is consistently listed among the most influential people in iGaming.
