Jessica Rovello is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience building and scaling digital media and gaming businesses. She co-founded Arkadium in 2001 with her husband Kenny Rosenblatt, growing it from a bootstrapped startup into a leading developer of casual games for the "grown‑up" audience. Under her leadership as CEO (2015‑2023), Arkadium generated consistent revenue and profit growth, earned multiple “Best Place to Work” awards, was named a Forbes Small Giant, and was featured on the cover of Inc. Magazine. She oversaw a full buyback of the company’s shares from venture investors and led the company’s exit from Russia.
In 2023, Rovello transitioned from CEO to Executive Chairwoman of Arkadium, naming Rosenblatt as her successor.
