Kevin Kile serves as the Director of Sports Wagering Operations for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB), a position he has held since February 2019. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the application of programs, regulations, and controls related to sports wagering across licensed casinos, off-track wagering facilities, and interactive gaming within Pennsylvania.

Kile's extensive career with the PGCB began in 2006 when he joined as a Compliance Examiner and Gaming Operations Liaison. He quickly advanced, being appointed Director of the Office of Racetrack Gaming in 2010. He continues to act as the Board's liaison between the casino gaming and horse racing industries, ensuring compliance with the Gaming Act.

Prior to his tenure with the PGCB, Kile gained valuable experience in the pari-mutuel industry. He worked as a Pari-Mutuel Manager at the former Penn National off-track wagering facility in Williamsport and later as a Facility Manager and Accountant at The Meadows off-track wagering facility in Moon Township.

He holds a Bachelor's degree with a dual major in Managerial Economics and Business Marketing from Lycoming College (2002) and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University (2006). Kile frequently discusses the regulatory aspects of sports wagering, including consumer protection and the integrity of the industry, on platforms like the "Behind the Bets in PA" podcast.
