Kim Nasuta
Senior Vice President, Human Resources at AGS
Kim Nasuta is an accomplished human resources executive with deep expertise in the gaming and hospitality industries. Based in Las Vegas, she joined AGS in early 2017 as Vice President of Human Resources and was later promoted to Senior Vice President, a role in which she leads global HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits, and corporate culture initiatives.
Under her leadership, AGS has earned multiple workplace awards, including recognition as a U.S. News & World Report Best Company to Work For (2025–2026) and repeated Best and Brightest Companies to Work For honors. Nasuta was named one of VEGAS INC.’s 2019 “Women to Watch,” the only winner representing a gaming equipment supplier.
Prior to AGS, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino and as Director of Human Resources for SK+G, a full-service Las Vegas marketing agency. Her career reflects a consistent focus on building strong cultures and driving HR excellence in the gaming and hospitality sectors.
