Kristen Lachtman serves as the Chief People Officer for Fanatics Betting & Gaming, where she oversees all strategic human resources initiatives. Her responsibilities include organizational planning and design, executive leadership, employee development and culture, engagement, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Lachtman brings a decade of experience in growing teams and companies through various stages, from inception to acquisition or exit. Before her tenure at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, she held the position of Vice President, People, for Better Collective, where she was responsible for the human resources function across all of their U.S. companies.

Prior to her role at Better Collective, Lachtman was the Vice President, People, for The Action Network, a prominent affiliate marketing site in the country before its acquisition by Better Collective.

Her experience predates the sports betting and gaming industry as well. Lachtman previously served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Brat, a media company, and spent many years as the Global Head of Creators at Twitter. She has been noted for her commitment to building a diverse and tolerant workplace, leveraging third-party data for training, updating recruiting practices, and forming employee resource groups, including the creation of the Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, Advocacy ("IDEA") program at Fanatics.
