Leo Judkins is the founder of The iGaming Leader Mastermind, a vetted peer‑advisory network designed for Founders, C‑suite executives, VPs, and Directors across the iGaming industry. The network connects senior leaders from operators, suppliers, affiliates, and service providers to help them overcome isolation and make better strategic decisions.

Before founding the mastermind, Judkins spent 15–17 years in the iGaming sector, most recently serving as a Director at BetVictor. He resigned from that role to build the mastermind full‑time. During his tenure in the industry, he gained deep insight into the challenges faced by top executives, particularly the loneliness of leadership.

Judkins also hosts The iGaming Leader Podcast, where senior industry figures discuss the realities of leadership.
