Marcus Arildsson

Marcus Arildsson is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of international experience across investment banking, equity markets, and corporate finance. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Codere Online, a Nasdaq-listed online gaming operator focused on Spain and Latin America, where he oversees financial strategy, investor relations, and capital markets activities.

Arildsson began his career at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch in London, executing over €9 billion in cross-border M&A, IPO, and equity-linked transactions. He later spent 12 years at Arcano Partners in Madrid, advising corporates and financial sponsors on more than €5 billion in M&A, debt, and equity transactions. His experience also includes roles at McKinsey & Company and executive committee positions at Millenium Hospitality Real Estate, Sonae Sierra, and Ladorian.

He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from James Madison University, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Swedish. On November 17, 2025, Arildsson was appointed CFO of Codere Online, succeeding Oscar Iglesias, and now leads the company’s financial strategy and capital markets efforts.
