Martine Nathan

Martine Nathan is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in non-contentious commercial and IT law. She currently serves as General Counsel at Super Group (SGHC), a position she has held since February 2022.

Before joining Super Group, Nathan was a Partner at Teacher Stern LLP, where she worked from January 1998 to February 2022, becoming a Partner in May 2000. Her earlier career included a role as a Partner and Solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna, where she began as a Trainee in September 1994 and qualified in the IP/IT/Biotech team.

Throughout her career, Nathan has been involved in significant projects, including the purchase of major sportsbook software, M&A activities for Super Group, NYSE governance, SEC filings, and Board advisory. She also played a role in the EU AI Governance Framework programme and negotiated sponsorship agreements with prominent sports clubs like Arsenal FC and Manchester City FC. She has also implemented a group-wide employee share incentive plan.

Martine Nathan is an alumna of the University of Cambridge, where she completed her law degree between 1990 and 1993.
